We are located in the Pleasant View Strip (the brown brick building beside Golly G’s).

The Medical office is located in Suite 104A, front and center of the main building.

We understand life happens. We value your time, as well as ours and all our clients. We request at least 24 hours notice, but the more notice time the better.

No call no shows: if it happens more than once, a service fee of 25% will be charged to the card on file. This is a very rare event. But please let us know as soon as you can if you can’t make it. We will work with you and your schedule.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Debit Card), cash, and Venmo.
